As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll join our restaurant team, managing a dynamic portfolio of restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly versatile role combining onboarding, account management, and commercial growth, with strong collaboration across the team and the wider organization.
What you’ll be doingIn this role, you’ll be responsible for both onboarding new restaurant partners and driving the ongoing success of your portfolio, with a strong focus on growth and performance.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:- Manage a portfolio of ~100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth
- Lead onboarding processes for new partners (approx. 20% of the role), including in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over a 6-week period
- Ensure smooth setup of new venues – menu optimization, system setup, and operational readiness
- Drive ongoing business growth (approx. 80% of the role) through menu optimization, campaigns, and promotional tools (e.g. Wolt+)
- Use data to identify opportunities and support day-to-day commercial conversations with partners
- Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support partner success
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, business development or related field.
- Significant experience within/ working with the restaurant industry – advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-facing mindset
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable working with data and numbers (no advanced experience required)
- Fluent in Hebrew with good English proficiency
