Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Success Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption and retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products or services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base. 
  • Maintaining a positive professional attitude towards customers always. 
  • Calling existing customers to upsell products. 
  • Providing after-salessupport.
  •  Conducting questionnaires and classifying clients based on the urgency/complexity of issues.
  • Scheduling of maintenance. 
  • Followup after installations and management of maintenance app.
  • Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Taking calls and logging complaints. 
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and represent business. 
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  •  Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is an asset.
