About you
You are deeply passionate about Whop’s mission and committed to helping creators earn a sustainable income on our platform. You are competitive, organized, and will stop at nothing to get a solution to the finish line. You are terminally online, but also love connecting with people face-to-face. You are an analytical thinker and do not interpret situations at face value.
You must have worked directly with creators running online businesses previously or had your own online business.
As a Customer Success Manager at Whop, you will be the primary point of contact for 200 top creators.
- Retain 100% of creators in your portfolio, with quarterly retention metrics as your north star
- Build and nurture strong relationships through strategy calls, in-person meetups, and
- Collaborate with the product team to surface feedback and implement improvements based on your creators’ experiences
- Introduce creators to other high-value operators on Whop to unlock new growth opportunities
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
