This position is fully onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador. 

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with Government entities is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts.
  • Solid experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and proficiency with Excel.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, especially in value-based selling.
  • Strong strategic planning, mediation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in reporting and data analysis using Excel.
  • Industry knowledge and customer relationship expertise across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent English level is a must.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate project progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare and present status and performance reports on client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage client escalations and complex requests to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Support strategic initiatives for process improvement and customer retention.
