ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive success for our clients. As a pivotal member of our crew, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our customers to unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge technology platform. Your mission? To guide our self-service customers towards advertising greatness on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring they achieve their campaign goals. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Assist customers in connecting their Amazon and Walmart accounts to our platform.
  • Lead kickoff calls with new customers to understand their goals, KPIs, and current campaign structures.
  • Collaborate with the customer to rebuild client campaigns within our platform, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Interface with customers to support inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance related to platform usage.
  • Provide product training and support to customers, answering questions on how to use our platform effectively.
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins with customers to review performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Generate and deliver performance dashboards to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate billing and invoicing for clients.
  • Create educational content for our Help center to guide customers on strategy and product features.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or product onboarding roles, preferably in the e-commerce or advertising technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Proficiency in using advertising technology platforms and tools is a plus.
