The Role: Customer Success Manager I
As a CSM I, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our life-saving solutions. You'll build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and achieve their safety and compliance goals.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for assigned enterprise accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues
- Conduct regular business reviews, presenting data-driven insights and ROI analysis
- Maintain a Net Renewal Rate of 100%+ while exceeding growth quotas
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and customer success platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
- Experience in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) or compliance management
- Ability to engage effectively with senior and executive-level contacts

This is a salary plus an uncapped commission position. Year one total earning potential (salary + on target commission earnings) is $65K+.
