I'm George Wells, Director of Customer Success for EMEA and LATAM at Teamworks. My team works with some of the world's most respected professional and elite sports organizations, and the Middle East is one of the fastest-growing markets we serve. We already have an established customer base and a dedicated Account Executive, Luke Joyce, on the ground in the region, and now we need a Customer Success Manager to take full ownership of that book and build on the relationships we've already started.
This is a chance to build something in a region with real momentum, working alongside an existing AE rather than starting from scratch, owning implementations, driving renewals, and growing the presence we've already established across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider Middle East.
The RoleOwn the end-to-end relationship for a growing book of accounts across the Middle East
Lead Hub implementations delivered in Arabic, partnering with our Product Success team on AMS and other product lines
Drive renewals and account health in line with our team's 96.5% renewal track record
Partner closely with our Middle East Account Executive and the wider sales team on demos and cross-sell opportunities, while owning the post-sale relationship
Build real, in-person relationships across the region through regular on-site customer visits
Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written; this is non-negotiable for a region where trust is built in-language
Hands-on experience working within a professional sport organization or club; you need to understand how our customers operate day to day
Strong project management, data literacy, and communication abilities to translate technical concepts for coaches, medical staff, and administrators
Data-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide professional sports organizations through software adoption and serve as a trusted voice
You have experience within professional football, though any professional sport or Olympic organization background works well
You have strong existing relationships or market knowledge in the region
Prior experience using Teamworks products, ideally Hub or AMS, or strong working familiarity with our suite; you'll be leading implementations in this region so prior experience gives you a head start
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing Middle East book that's already in motion, working alongside an established Account Executive rather than building a territory from zero, in one of the most dynamic growth markets in world sport. You'd be joining a team at a moment when Teamworks' momentum across EMEA has never been stronger.
