Customer Success Co-ordinator
Milton Keynes
Full Time, Fixed Term contract until 31/08/2025, paying a salary of up to Permanent - Up to £30,492 per annum depending on experience.
We’re looking for a full time Customer Success Co-ordinator to support our Customer and Insight team at our Milton Keynes office. You will deliver exceptional customer service and complete all administrative tasks required of you.
The successful Customer Success Co-ordinator will be customer focused, passionate about service, a confident communicator and have attention to detail.

About the role:
You will be responsible to support the Customer Insight requirements for Mears Group by managing incoming requests from our business units for insight, engaging with third-party suppliers to create the surveys and reviewing the results once surveys are completed. You will create customer feedback reports to share with our branches and senior management. You will ensure effective communication across all areas of Mears Group and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholder groups and third parties.

- Previous customer service experience
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage complex situations
