SUMMARY:

The Customer Success Analyst position at Placer.ai is a strategic role where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our efforts to ensure we surpass customers' expectations. You will support the Customer Success team with the creation of presentations, spreadsheets and other reports that proactively deliver insights from our data to our customers in a frictionless manner. The Customer Success Analyst will also assist with ad hoc projects as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extract, manipulate and compile data from different sources for analyses
  • Design and create client-facing decks and spreadsheets leveraging Placer data
  • Interpret data, analyze results and produce compelling insights that illustrate the value of Placer data
  • Apply critical thinking to generated data and provide recommendations to Customers Success Managers on how to best present the data to customers
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to prioritize work and maximize support for customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must reside in the Latam region
  • Passionate about data!
  • 1+ years of relevant working experience as a Data Analyst
  • Experience working with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (written and oral)
  • Strong "story-teller" that can communicate insights and recommendations effectively
  • Quick learner, proactive/can-do attitude with high attention to details
  • A team player with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, as well as business sense
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or equivalent

ADVANTAGES:
