- 1. Customer Success or Account Management Experience
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Help customers achieve concrete educational and organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Passion for education and creating positive societal impact.
- Experience working with education customers or within the public sector
- Understanding of Microsoft Education's strategy across AI, Security, and Modern Learning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, solution engineers, and account teams.
- Proven ability to help education customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.
Customer Success Account Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 86,300.00 - € 170,800.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
