Full-time position is available with Haworth’s largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.
The Customer Site Manager is responsible for the daily work order maintenance, customer requests, and support for projects at CPS – San Antonio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily work order maintenance and customer requests.
- Supervision of service technicians.
- Perform furniture technician (installation) duties as needed or directed.
- Review and approval of service technicians’ timesheets.
- Reconciliation of timesheets daily.
- Managing daily work order schedules with client.
- Furniture assessments and warranty reviews.
- Client on site warehousing responsibilities.
- Maintaining a list of stored products, including the quantities.
- Support for projects on the CPS campus and regional locations.
- Interacts with both customers and vendor partners.
- Attend daily, weekly, monthly client activity meetings.
- Attend training sessions for technicians as required.
- Position is full-time on site with client.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Strong organizational skills to manage manpower and reporting.
- Previous installation of system furniture required, Haworth experience preferred.
- A working knowledge of Architectural drawings and symbols is required.
- Computer skills required, including ability to use specific company software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use discretion.
- Ability to independently solve complex problems both for the client and company.
- Must exhibit strong skills for process-based tasks.
- Must be able to meet all background and fingerprint requirements of the customer and employer.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, and clients.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must have the ability to meet all background checks and fingerprinting requirements of CPS.
- Ability to drive delivery vehicles.
- Have all tools required for standard product installation.
- Have all PPE required to work on client sites.
Skills Required
