Sobre a Função:
Estamos à procura de um(a) Customer Service / Serviço Pós-Venda para integrar a nossa equipa em regime temporário. Esta função é focada na gestão de reclamações pós-venda de clientes do retalho, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com fabricantes e equipas internas para investigar discrepâncias e garantir a resolução eficaz dos processos.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Gerir e resolver reclamações pós-venda apresentadas por clientes do retalho.
- Investigar reclamações através da análise de informação financeira e transacional.
- Utilizar Microsoft Excel para reconciliar dados, identificar discrepâncias e apoiar investigações.
- Colaborar com clientes do retalho e fabricantes/parceiros para validar reclamações e alcançar soluções.
- Comunicar de forma clara e profissional ao longo de todo o processo de gestão de reclamações, incluindo situações de contestação.
- Acompanhar casos pendentes e assegurar a sua resolução atempada.
- Manter registos precisos e identificar problemas recorrentes ou oportunidades de melhoria.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipas de Finanças, Vendas e outras áreas para resolver casos mais complexos.

- Experiência em Operações Financeiras, Gestão de Reclamações, Operações Comerciais, Apoio ao Cliente ou funções semelhantes.
- Bons conhecimentos financeiros.
- Fortes competências analíticas e domínio do Microsoft Excel.
- Excelente atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
- Boas competências de comunicação e orientação para o cliente.
- Facilidade em interagir com clientes e parceiros externos.
- Capacidade de organização, proatividade e gestão de múltiplas prioridades.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em processos de faturação, crédito e gestão de reclamações de clientes.
- Experiência de trabalho com fabricantes/parceiros (vendors).
- Experiência em SAP ou sistema ERP equivalente.
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel.
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Outlook.
- Experiência com ferramentas de CRM.
- Português obrigatório a nível nativo ou fluente.
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês, escrito e falado.
