We are seeking a customer-oriented colleague with Polish language to support the internal sales team by processing orders and preparing sales quotations.
Key responsibilities:
Daily processing of customer orders, including electronic data entry into the system.
Preparation and processing of price quotations.
Supporting all aspects of sales activities to achieve team and company goals.
Efficient planning and prioritization of tasks to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
Handling customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner, focusing on prompt resolution.
Building and fostering close collaboration with the internal sales team.
Timely escalation of issues and non-standard situations to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
Requirements:
Written English and Polish proficiency.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
A process-oriented and systematic approach to work.
Focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and set priorities.
Good numerical literacy.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
