We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our international, social, sales-driven, and dynamic Customer Service team. - Connecting with our international customers through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
- Proactively provide size, fit, and style advice to ensure optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle sales orders, deliveries, and returns, making sure customers receive all relevant information and attention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Suitsupply to our global customers.
Who you are:
- Sales and/or customer experience in retail fashion or the hospitality industry.
- A strong sense of fashion, service-oriented mindset, and a can-do mentality.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (at least one weekend day a week).
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
