Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Vivid Seats, you will manage transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. Your role involves handling calls and emails related to event and order inquiries, providing exceptional service to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer and seller inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve order-related issues by identifying problems and providing solutions.
- Ensure timely order confirmation by monitoring open and pending orders.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers to support and resolve order concerns.
- Contribute to the improvement of team processes and customer service standards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution capabilities.
- Interest in the live event industry and a willingness to learn.
Office Location: Coppell, TX
Training and Schedule:
- The first 4 weeks of employment will involve training from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Training is paid.
- Subsequent work schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Wednesday and Thursday off. Remote work on Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $37,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, biannual bonuses, and annual equity grant. Overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.
