We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to help with our continued growth and success as an agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Answer client calls and inquiries via phone and email

- Assist with client needs

- Help renew existing accounts and grow where necessary

- Facilitate and escalate any issues that may arise

- Input data into agency management system
