The position / About the Job:
- The person should be responsible for providing customer total ownership for quotation, order processing, execution, communication & Invoicing for aftersales for given assigned region.
- An interface between customer and Alfa Laval.
- Efficient handling of enquiries/RFQs for Customers of specified area/Region including government tenders/complex quotations.
- Preparation of government tenders, online e-tenders in coordination with external sales team and submission through online portal
- Coordinate with service centre, evaluate the service repair estimate, prepare repair offer of the equipment in coordination with Service product manager.
- Efficiently communicate with customer, external sales team and/or segments about the status of quotation.
- Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support and all commercial clarification & support to Sales team regarding quotation and tender process
- Order processing of respective customers/region
- Order execution, communication, and invoicing
- Responsible for commercial clearance of orders including collection of payment
- Responsible for clearing order backlog including periodic review with finance team
- An interface between customer, external sales
- Support Install base coordinator by providing the equipment details for IB
- Sense of urgency, proactive/prompt response to customer needs
- Response time is key performance indicator for both transactional and non-transactional quotes.
- Be an active team member in ALPS drives
What you can be?
- Minimum 2-6 Years experience.
- Any BE Graduate
- Strong Commercial Knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- After Sales Support / Order Execution Experience
