What You'll Do
- Manage daily sales support and customer service operations for assigned accounts.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and post-sales issues accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the primary connection between customers, suppliers, and internal Arrow teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, and marketing).
- Oversee the complete quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key suppliers and clients.
- Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint performance calls with suppliers and clients to drive key metrics.
Who We’re looking for
- +2 years of experience in similar roles, Sales Support
- Advanced English skills (Conversational and written).
- Experience with Quoting process.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with BOM is a plus.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
