Summary: ATS is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management Specialist to oversee integration and optimization of the department’s CRM system. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce and or Microsoft Dynamics platforms to ensure data integrity, drive efficiency, and provide analytics to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a data driven administrator responsible for managing CRM data, processes, and user adoption in the inspection department of the company. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for assisting department managers with data entry and analysis so the managers can lead and oversee the daily operations of our nondestructive testing department. This is a Fulltime position with ideal candidates already residing in Pensacola or Jacksonville, FL or Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Operational Capability: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce or other CRM platforms to align with departmental needs.
- Leadership: Be the single POC Administrator of the department’s timeliness and accurate data to support operational and Business Development needs.
- Planning: Implement CRM strategies to enhance data quality, reporting, and analytics across teams.
- Training Train and support end-users on CRM tools, fostering adoption and best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department managers to integrate CRM systems with other business applications for seamless operations.
- Problem Solving: Assist in Data integrity with the Corporate BD Manager to help with data migration projects, including imports, exports, and deduplication efforts. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or for resolutions.
- Compliance: Ensure CRM processes comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration and Lightning components.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Expertise in CRM analytics tools like Einstein Analytics
- General knowledge of API integrations and web services for CRM connectivity.
- Familiarity with data filtering and report building
- Understand cloud-based architectures in CRM environments.
- Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools to derive actionable insights from CRM data.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
- CRM certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are highly preferred.
- High proficiency in CRM management can be used to substitute educational requirements.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and work with a team.
- Communication: Effective skills for communication with team members and customers.
