Help prepare exhibits, reports, and research for publication; participate in technical presentations and support pre-deposition and pre-trial tasks.

Manage appraisal assignments from intake to delivery: dispatch and verify jobs, monitor cycle times, assign and oversee field appraisers, communicate status to clients, review reports for accuracy and compliance, process invoices, and support QA and process improvements.

Perform forensic biomechanical and human factors analyses of crashes, slips/trips/falls, and workplace accidents. Lead investigations, apply ergonomics, analyze injury mechanisms, conduct testing, prepare technical reports, and provide expert testimony to support litigation and improve safety.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and managers, delivering HR programs across performance management, employee relations, compensation, investigations, manager coaching, and HR analytics to drive engagement, compliance, and business objectives. Requires in-office collaboration.

Manage and support large-scale enterprise database environments across on-premises and hybrid/cloud platforms. Ensure availability, performance, security, compliance (DFARS/ITAR), HA, disaster recovery, backups, and migrations. Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, runbooks, documentation, and collaborate with infra, app, and security teams. Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support.

Perform radiographic inspections and prepare components for non-destructive testing. RT Assistants support certified technicians, handle prep/cleanup, and document training. Level II Radiographers set up and operate radiographic equipment, report results, guide trainees, interface with clients, and follow safety programs. Work includes field conditions, extended travel, physical tasks, and participation in safety procedures.

Perform hands-on mechanical destructive and product testing in lab and field, develop and execute test plans, simulate service conditions, record data, generate reports, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet project requirements and safety standards.

Design and implement electrical test setups for radiation effects testing on electronic components and systems; evaluate and analyze test results for validity and statistical significance; document radiation-induced effects in test plans and reports; perform assigned duties as part of a small aerospace-focused test team.

Lead procurement strategy and operations across a multi-location organization: manage supplier relationships and contracts, negotiate pricing, drive cost-savings, coordinate purchasing and inventory, ensure compliance, deliver procurement KPIs and reports, and support cross-functional continuous improvement.

Provides first-level IT support by staging systems, managing Active Directory accounts, procuring and tracking hardware and software assets, and maintaining inventories and documentation. Acts as primary contact for hardware, software, and cellular device requests, assists with invoice processing, and supports IT projects and team tasks.
