We are looking for a customer relationship associates who will have a strong understanding of the order process at SharePal, excelling at lead management, understanding customer needs, building relationships, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication & negotiation skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Job responsibilities:
1. Take up inbound customer leads & explain our offerings to them
2. Manage leads & the order flow within the CRM tool
3. Providing excellent after sales support to the customers
4. Understanding customer issues and providing a timely resolution
Requirements
Job requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome
- B.Tech/B.E./BBA/BCom or UG in any specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills. English & Hindi
- Very good convincing & persuasion skills
