 Your responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing and execution across regional entities

• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers

• Support preparation of quotations and order confirmations

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery or invoicing issues

• Monitor performance metrics (DIFOT, TAT) and suggest improvements

• Maintain data accuracy in ERP and CRM systems

What you bring

• Experience in order handling, logistics, or customer service

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, 1C, or similar)

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Fluent English

• Proactive mindset and teamwork spirit
