As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service by handling customer enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional, timely and effective manner.

You will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, identifying appropriate resolutions and ensuring every interaction is handled with a customer-first approach. You will build positive and trusted relationships with both internal and external customers while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the wider team

Job Description

** Please note this is an 8 week FTC covering our busy Christmas and New Year period**

As a Customer Relations Advisor you will...

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing a wide range of customer enquiries, complaints and feedback through telephone, email, written correspondence and social media channels.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution or escalation where required, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive customer and financial information in line with data protection legislation and confidentiality requirements.
  • Build positive and trusted relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication and a customer-first approach.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, ensuring service levels are achieved while effectively managing and prioritising workload.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by sharing knowledge, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and taking ownership of personal development and learning opportunities.
