In this role as a Customer Rebates Administrator, you will work in our Global Digital Business Service Organization (GDBS) where your main tasks are focused on price support and rebates. You will drive one or more processes within these areas to deliver service to both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the European Rebate Administration team and your role will be dedicated initially to supporting UK & IE.

What You Will Do
Handling customer price support claim from receipt into our C4 Service Management System.
Process the customer claims following established processes / guidelines.
Create credit notes once internal validations are completed using SAP ERP system.
Communicate discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
Provide updates to stakeholders of KPI’s for GDBS Rebate team
Ensure monthly tracker is accurate and up to date at all times
Assure timely processing of rebates from validation of sales data and rebate submission through reconciliation and final payment from the distributor
Ensure all appropriate policies, processes and audit controls are in place and enforced with internal and external parties
Provide backup support to other colleagues working within the Rebate team as required
To be successful in the role, you have a high level of self-drive, a positive attitude and enjoy numbers. You like to set up your work in a structured, methodical way and you can handle several tasks in parallel. To succeed in this role you need be thorough, detail and process oriented.
Experience from either Finance, Controlling, Acc Pay, Acc Rec, and/or Customer Service Management administrative roles
Proactive and innovative approach
Desired experience but not essential with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, programs analysis or related fields strongly preferred
Desired demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods
Deliver with quality and speed

Desired System/Tools experience but not essential in Office 365, SAP or another ERP tool is desirable
