In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Managing the Rapid Response and Warranty processes (customer complaints and support requests) while providing support for products manufactured in Wessling, including participation in root cause analysis and follow-up activities.
Applying strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa) to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in identifying root causes, defining corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring these actions are assigned, tracked, and implemented through the Quality Management System.
Ensuring the timely registration, evaluation, and resolution of customer complaints, while analyzing root cause data to identify quality trends and drive the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Maintaining and continuously updating the customer support request database, as well as preparing and delivering accurate weekly reports on assigned cases.
Utilizing Business System platforms effectively to analyze customer support requests and support data-driven decision-making.
Monitoring and reporting performance indicators to management, particularly focusing on response times for solutions or action plans within the Rapid Response process at Business Unit level.
Supporting risk assessment activities related to customer issues and contributing to product recall processes within the factory, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
University background in an engineering discipline or equivalent
Minim 2 years in production processes, in industrial environment
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
Experience in managing and implementing continuous improvement projects
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge in CRM
Working experience as: manufacturing engineer, quality engineer and process quality engineer or similar
