Job Description:
- Responsible for managing quality and environmental compliance requests from customers in Japan
- Support customers through product development, production launch, and high-volume manufacturing phases
- Coordinate customer returns and communicate findings and results back to the customer
- Support local Sales Engineers during customer visits to provide technical expertise
- Manage APQP for new programs and coordinate PPAP approvals as required
- Track Failure Analysis requests and provide regular status updates to customers
- Organize, write, and present technical reports (including 8Ds) to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, including environmental, reliability, and product quality issues
- Assist in customer surveys
- Travel within Asia and the United States to support business operations
- Interact and collaborate effectively with global personnel across diverse cultural backgrounds
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
- Preferably with Familiarity with Semiconductor Device Physics, Assembly, SMT processing, or IATF 16949 standards
- Proven experience in customer interaction

- Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
