Customer quality engineer

Your Role:

• Quality representative for Customers
• Launch QRQC WS for the coming problems
• FTQ (PPM) follow-up and control together with cross functional team
• Scrap cost follow-up and control, managing CoPQ targets
• Sorting cost follow-up and control.
• Launch and manage 8D process after internal and customer complaints
• Be part of continuous improvement projects
• Be part of NPI projects and support the integration of new processes to the serial business

Your Background:

• College or University Technical Degree is essential
• Fluent English language knowledge is essential
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge is preferred
• MS Office user level is essential
• 3 years of experience in automotive industry
• Experience in molding and assembly production is preferred
• IATF 16949 knowledge is preferred
• VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification is an advantage
