About this opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Project Manager to join Ericsson. In this role, you will take full ownership of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), ensuring delivery excellence that meets both Ericsson's high standards and our customers' expectations. You will be accountable for securing project goals while maintaining total compliance with group directives, legal and financial guidelines, and global and local Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements. With a strong focus on data security, financial performance, and customer value, you will play a key role in driving Ericsson's continued growth and operational excellence.
What you will do:
• Guarantee full alignment between contract and delivery through structured handover with the pre-sales CFR• Establish and manage the project plan baseline - defining scope, securing resources, monitoring activities, and handling changes and critical matters• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout project execution• Drive financial performance management to secure delivery to target Unadjusted Margin• Deliver within scope, budget, and timeline while adhering to all legal, ethical, and environmental standards• Manage third-party (3PP) and partner contracts in line with Ericsson quality standards, compliance guidelines, and PM practices• Oversee data accuracy to enable responsible and timely reporting• Ensure full adherence to Project Management processes and OHS requirements• Contribute to business development by participating in contract preparation and pre-sales engagements
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Implementation Projects, with at least 2 years in a project management role• PMP Certification required• Domain experience in Radio Network architecture or integration• Strong ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset• Project and program management, including financial and scope management• Stakeholder and customer relationship management• Change, improvement, and process management• Negotiation and consultative skills• Financial acumen and data analytics capabilities• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus• Knowledge of Ericsson portfolio and SW development skills are an advantage
