You as a RDC PM will be managing projects in terms of HW delivery, installation & commissioning or professional services. You will join a diverse, fun and reliable team, whose objectives are to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain an efficient organization with well trained and skilled people.
- Execute and govern projects in accordance with PMBOK®, Nokia Project Management processes, and approved Project Management Plans.
- Develop, maintain, and control Project Management Plans, phase plans, schedules, and baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets, implementing corrective and contingency actions when required.
- Prepare and manage hardware demand forecasts, ensure forecast accuracy, and address deviations through timely corrective measures.
- Track, analyze, and report project KPIs, metrics, milestones, costs, effort, and forecasted completion indicators using approved Nokia reporting tools.
- Ensure successful project closure, including completion reviews, lessons learned, and formal acceptance processes.
- Manage customer relationships, expectations, and communications to ensure timely input, alignment, and achievement of project objectives.
- Obtain customer sign-off for project deliverables and formal acceptance of project completion.
- Ensure project delivery within approved budgets, profitability targets, and overall P&L objectives.
- Oversee contract administration, billing, payments, purchase order approvals, and order management activities within the agreed contract scope.
- Identify, escalate, and manage project deviations, change requests, claims, risks, and contractual impacts.
- Contribute to internal and customer project reviews while ensuring compliance with PM best practices and quality guidelines.
- Experience in project management position preferable in an international environment (3+ years)
