About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager to join Ericsson. In this role, you'll take full accountability for project execution, driving delivery excellence while ensuring compliance, financial performance, and exceptional customer outcomes.
You'll work at the intersection of delivery and customer relationships - keeping projects on track, on budget, and aligned to both Ericsson's standards and our customers' expectations.
You'll be joining a team directly supporting the customers in Ukraine but also the projects in Ericsson EMEA Customer Unit SEE.
What you will do:
- Manage complex Network Management (OSS) projects from design through acceptance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with local and global teams - internal and external - to meet project timelines, improve profitability, and drive continuous improvement through strong governance and project controls
- Capture and share best practices to help standardize and improve delivery processes across the organization
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support the professional development of team members
- Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact, working with customer's in Ukraine on a daily basis to maintain alignment, trust, and momentum throughout delivery
- Support and lead customer trials and demos, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard and reflect positively on Ericsson's capabilities
- Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and risks, ensuring their impact on delivery is understood, mitigated, and communicated proactively
- Own and manage change control processes, ensuring any changes to scope, cost, or timeline are properly assessed, agreed, and documented
- Own financial performance, with a focus on protecting Unadjusted Margin targets
- Maintain data accuracy and produce reliable, conscientious reporting
- Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, data security, privacy, and Health & Safety (E+OHS) directives
The skills you bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager with demonstrated success in Project Management (design through acceptance); experience with Tier 1 customers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams by setting clear goals, developing talent, and delivering results
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at both working and executive levels
- Solid understanding of project financials, team coordination, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with OSS / Network Management Systems (ENM - Ericsson Network Management, ENIQ -Ericsson Network IQ Statistics), Orchestration (EO- Ericsson Orchestrator),and SMO (Service Management and Orchestration / EIAP - Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform, EIC - Ericsson Intelligent Controller) as mandatory and option with Core Network (CS, IMS, Packet Core, 5G), BSS (Business Support Systems), MW and RAN Deployment, Swap and Site Modernization and System Integration projects
- Familiarity with Ericsson Sales and Delivery processes, tools, and deployment methodologies is an advantage
