Job Description
In this role

As an RI S&SD Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions within Philips Service and Solutions Delivery in Italy.

You act as the end‑to‑end project manager, leading site implementation teams to successfully deploy RI solutions and associated business deliverables. Your focus is on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and cost, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations for both Philips and its customers.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer environments, including key stakeholders, IT policies, constraints, regulatory considerations, and requirements for change justification within your assigned region.

  • Translate customer needs into effective project execution, applying recognised project management methodologies and Philips standards.

  • Lead and coordinate project teams (clinical, technical, and other stakeholders) to ensure successful solution deployment.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through clear delivery expectations, structured project execution, and professional customer engagement.

  • Maintain timely and transparent communication with customers regarding project status, risks, and milestones.

  • Provide regular project updates to Philips management, including progress, risks, and required actions.

  • Ensure projects are managed using Philips Project Management tools and applications.

  • Enable customers to work with Philips in an efficient and cost‑effective manner by ensuring clarity on processes, responsibilities, and deliverables.

  • Collect, report, and act on Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to support continuous improvement.

You are the right fit if you have
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, a technical field, or business management; PMI certification is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in project team management.

  • Proven experience with radiology department workflows and/or a background in Healthcare IT is preferred.

  • Proven experience managing high‑tech projects in an international environment.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, multitasking, and application of formal methodologies.

  • A solid understanding of IT products and network environments.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and represent Philips professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • A results‑driven mindset, with strong analytical and customer‑centric skills.
