As a Customer Outreach & Lead Generation Executive at Skysun , you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, initiating conversations about our offerings.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest in our solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM to ensure effective follow-up and nurturing of leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets while continuously optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish rapport with prospects quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and document interactions efficiently.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking processes is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and sales strategies.
