Customer Order Specialist
Your role:
Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport.
You can take ownership and have strong communication skills.
You have very good language and English language (B2 or higher level).
You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
