Customer Order Specialist
As a Customer Order Specialist you are responsible for implementing sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Provides operational support by following standard processes to efficiently handle medium complexity and regular volume booking requests.
Analyzes available data to optimize the execution of new booking and change orders.
Addresses non-touchless flows and resolves root causes to guarantee order fulfillment and enhance efficiency.
Manages the administrative flow of sales orders from intake to recognition, ensuring smooth processing and operational continuity.
Engages with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance collaboration, while independently improving processes using comprehensive policy knowledge.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.
You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English required.
Demonstrates advanced communication and influencing skills across complex booking scenarios, prioritizes tasks effectively, manages time to meet deadlines, and coordinates with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide clear updates to customers and the market.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.
