As an Customer Order Specialist, you have an opportunity to become a part of Supplu Chain in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) that is soon going to be one of the leading businesses in Philips' portfolio.
Manage customer orders from start to finish—making sure every detail is correct and ready to go.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and other teams to keep things moving smoothly.
Ensure all parts of the order are complete and accurate, filling in any missing info.
Hand over cases on time and support logistics for on-point deliveries.
Help improve and document processes for a smarter way of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams.
You're the right fit if:
You have a University degree
You have some first experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic
You know English on C1 level
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player and have good communication skills
