We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Specialist to join our team in Daventry, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the order management team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Process customer orders within the order management system, meeting required deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Maintaining clear lines of communication with customers from order placement to shipment.

Support data entry tasks such as new customer set‑ups, credit and debit administration, and order updates.

Prepare and distribute standard internal reports to support operational visibility and decision‑making.

Maintain and cleanse data within the order management system, ensuring accuracy across customer details, pricing, order holds, and other key fields.

Undertake “face-to-face” customer visits and product witness testing at the Daventry plant.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the Supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- General understanding of order entry processes, customer support functions, and back‑office operations.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MRP systems, with experience in Oracle R12 considered a strong advantage.
- Good standard of English and numeracy, with an additional language beneficial.
Education/Experience:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly advantageous.
- Technical understanding of generator set systems would be beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with the full order life cycle and associated systems will support success in this role.
