Work Arrangement
- Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the onboarding process, including management of account exceptions (e.g. children’s accounts).
- Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required.
- Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes.
- Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks.
- Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time.

- Ability to manage processes within regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations (preferred).

Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work
