What We Are Looking For:

This individual will align with the customer Sales team and will serve as part of their dedicated marketing team, building, assisting with, and running account-based marketing strategies and comprehensive campaigns designed to build pipelines and engage customers throughout the buying journey. Their goals will be tied directly to optimizing customer campaign engagement and conversion, building pipelines, and meeting revenue growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn which types of marketing strategies will help progress deals in every stage of the customer sales cycle and will have the ability to advocate for and successfully activate their ideas within sales. This individual will work closely with our Account Management team to capture new and retain existing revenue within our customer base.

What You'll Do:

  • Support in the creation of a scalable marketing strategy to maintain, grow, and uncover revenue within our existing customer base.
  • Serve as a partner to Sales Leadership and Account Management reps to help engage customers by assisting in building marketing campaigns that create new opportunities and advance existing opportunities within the pipeline, working to achieve pipeline and revenue growth goals.
  • Have the willingness to dive deep into the customer sales pipeline, analyze the pipeline to identify how the Account Management team is tracking toward their monthly and annual revenue goals, and use that data to proactively build and activate marketing campaigns to fill any pipeline gaps
  • Support the Sales Leadership and Account Management team to optimize and activate executive-level strategy and outreach email sequences within our customer accounts.
  • Update our Account Based Marketing playbook and use success metrics to create repeatable and scalable implementation across similar customer accounts, updating regularly with tried and proven customer marketing tactics
  • Work closely with the marketing operations team to make sure critical decision makers are identified and added as contacts for our sales, as well as have a process in place for us to refresh and update existing account information as well as contact information.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar marketing role for a fast-growing B2B technology company (ideally software).
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel; experience running multi-channel marketing programs (advertising, email, events, direct mail); content marketing and social media experience.
  • Comfortable working with a lot of different marketing tools/software
  • Marketing automation experience preferred
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel. 
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred.
