Mimecast's Field Marketing team is seeking a talented Customer Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with our Account Management team. Your mission will be to strategically develop and execute a customer field marketing strategy that strengthens our relationships with existing customers, driving demand and upsell opportunities across North America.

What You’ll Do

Act as the key liaison between the global marketing organization and the Customer Development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for North America that drives pipeline acceleration and growth, tailored to our value propositions and market needs.

Determine the optimal mix of marketing activities to meet pipeline coverage targets and create a cohesive user journey through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with Marketing Operations to monitor program status and ROI, tracking results from lead generation to opportunity close.

Partner with the Product Portfolio team to craft strategies for penetrating target markets.

Work with creative teams to support customer-centric marketing activities, including invitations, emails, and content creation (e.g., webcasts, whitepapers).

Provide input on data management and enhancement, working closely with Marketing Operations.

Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate marketing outcomes and facilitate appointment setting following field marketing initiatives.

Stay informed on industry and market trends, including competitor activities, and adapt programs as needed.

Manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring accurate cost estimation, on-time execution, and measurement of program effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in Customer Marketing, particularly in B2B enterprise SaaS software; cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Expertise in incorporating Account-Based Marketing into successful campaigns.

Experience collaborating with alliance partners on go-to-market activities within the region.

A deep understanding of the end-to-end process for program creation, execution, tracking, and reporting.

Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Zoom, ON24, Demand Base, Marketo, and Tableau is advantageous.

A proven track record in executing marketing campaigns that support field sales.

Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed to support the business and participate in company meetings and team offsites.
