About the Role
For our Legnano (Milan) office, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Intern to support the Customer Marketing team in operational tasks, with a focus on Category Management analysis, implementation plans, and Trade Marketing projects. We are looking for individuals who embody our values, are not afraid to take initiative, innovate, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The internship will last 6 months (renewable) and is set to start on September 1st.
📌 Important note: A personal vehicle is required, as the office is not accessible by public transportation.
What You Will Do
Analyze market and sales data to support strategic decisions.
Create reports to evaluate the performance of assigned categories.
Support Category Managers in the development and implementation of category projects (assortment review, layout redesign, and display optimization).
Create custom planograms to optimize shelf exposure.
Develop and produce POP materials in collaboration with the Marketing team and creative agencies.
Coordinate internally and participate in weekly cross-functional alignment meetings.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Interest in data analysis and consumer behavior.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
