This opportunity is based in the Canadian head office in Brantford Ontario, which is a short commute from the Kitchener/Waterloo and Hamilton/Burlington areas. You will be a part of a dynamic corporate Customer Marketing division, working closely with the Brand Team Lead who is responsible for initiating, developing, recommending and executing marketing plans for an assigned brand and group of products. What is unique about our Customer Marketing role is that you will work with senior leaders in the organization, have the opportunity to deliver presentations to guide decision-making. You will work within a team environment to support, develop and execute business plans geared towards strengthening brand equity.
Job Requirements / Skills Required:
• Demonstrated capacity for strong analytical skills with precise attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically, analyze and make actionable recommendations.
• Long term interest in Consumer Packaged Goods
• Flexibility and adaptability; market dynamics change quickly
• Demonstrated capacity for leadership
• Strong Project Management skills
• AC Neilson experience/ knowledge an asset
