You will play a key role in tracking spend against forecasts, linking investment to performance outcomes, and identifying opportunities to optimize budget allocation across retention tactics. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners to elevate how we plan, phase, and report on our retention initiatives, ensuring we maximize ROI and efficiently deploy our marketing dollars. THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work with the Customer Marketing Senior Manager – Generosity to own day-to-day tracking, forecasting, and reporting on retention tactics, KPIs, OKRs, and investment performance.
  • Partner with the wider Customer Marketing team to manage a centralized generosity experimentation roadmap, leveraging analysis to identify and prioritize initiatives based on maximizing ROI and optimizing budget allocation.
  • Monitor and reconcile spend vs. forecast across tactics; proactively flag risks and opportunities to re-allocate investment to drive growth.
  • Become an expert on the data, linking investment inputs to performance outcomes; cultivate extensive knowledge of where to find detailed metrics and how it all ties together.
  • Utilize data to inform planning cycles and support quarterly and annual forecasting efforts, clearly communicating key learnings with actionable insights.
  • Present and explain data coherently to a wide variety of audiences, highlighting ROI and budget implications to guide decision-making.
  • Be a source of information for the wider Casino Customer Marketing team and effectively advise on recommended actions, with clear data-driven rationale tied to spend efficiency and performance impact.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (primarily Data Analytics & Commercial) to elevate our reporting capabilities (e.g., Tableau management), improve forecast accuracy, and ensure investment tracking is timely, accurate, and actionable.
