Job Description:
As a Customer Logistics Representative, you are responsible for translating customer requests into concrete (internal) action points within the existing procedures. You are in daily contact with Sales & Carriers about incoming orders, questions and complaints about processed transport orders. You validate the invoicing, create reports and attend meetings with other departments.What will you do?In this role, you will be responsible for:Lead end-to-end execution of inbound and outbound truck planning, scheduling, follow up and coordination of all transports within Europe, FTL and LTL. Translating the customer's requests into concrete (internal) action points of existing procedures. Proactively informing our internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining a good relationship with our (external) transporters. The administrative processing of transport, documents and proof of delivery. Monitoring carrier and site performance metrics against SLA requirements and coordinating with the appropriate team to resolve delays and remove blockers Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned processes and tasks.Support departmental operations and cross-functional initiatives by Initiating and implementing improvement proposals using the LEAN methodologyWhat will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will need:Preferably an education in logistics, transport or supply chain. To have relevant work experience in a similar position in Logistics and Transport. Full-time availability from 9.30 am – 6.00 pm. Good communication skills, both oral and written, and a good command of the Spanish and English language. Experience working in Microsoft Office. Experience with international transport, customs and export is an advantage.Skills Required
