Role Summary
The Customer Intelligence Coordinator builds and maintains the platforms and capabilities that enable Pfizer Business to connect digitally with our external markets and effectively engage and collaborate across teams internally. This includes all business intelligence, digital, platforms, services and experiences in service of our customers. We build advanced technology solutions at a global scale that positively impact Pfizer business performance.
Customer Intelligence for the commercial organization, including market performance outcome reporting, solutions and executive analytics. This role will work closely with business stakeholders within Pfizer and support efforts to standardize and centralize commercial analytics and reporting ecosystems and help implement industry's best practices in performance analytics and insights generation processes.
Role responsibilities
  • Apply strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge and comprehensive understanding of business processes to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Lead the identification of data and insight needs, design and develop solutions utilizing Business Intelligence tools and frameworks that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of complex data, information and digital solutions.
  • Ensure projects are implemented using iterative, agile framework from initiation to implementation and compliant with Pfizer's processes and methodologies.
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our in-house solutions remain cutting edge.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of customers support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data transformation.
  • Project Management Skills: Overseeing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Technical Strategy: Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills and ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data.
  • Good knowledge of data quality, governance, and data cataloging best practices.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
