Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the end-to-end execution of all hub transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality of sales and marketing support transactions.
- Team Guidance: Provide clear direction and support to hub members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to communicate transaction volumes, process health, and improvement outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure hub operations align with business objectives.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all transactions comply with Pfizer policies and quality standards.
- Promote ongoing learning and skill development within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of in process coordination, operational management, or business support functions, preferably within sales and marketing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with transactional and workflow management systems.
- Demonstrate Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills
