This role will be based in the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) product line and requires a strong understanding of identity management, access control, and data privacy, coupled with in-depth hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP CDC.
The Customer Identity & Access Management Expert will be located in Poland, which serves as a hub for technology co-creation and acceleration, developing the skills necessary to propel digital innovation. This division's exceptional use of a wide range of technology provides you with excellent learning possibilities.
The opportunity:
As an integrated part of the CIAM your main focus will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CIAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences.

You will architect and implement CIAM solutions using SAP CDC to manage customer identities and access in order to ensure the integration of CIAM solutions with various applications and services.

You are required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the CIAM systems, ensuring high availability and performance, while managing and troubleshooting issues related to customer identity and access management.

You are contributing to the development of cross-functional project plans and adapting them within an international and agile organization. In this context, you are responsible for managing the project budget and creating time and resource plans.

You are responsible to develop and enforce security policies to protect customers data and ensure compliance with pertinent data privacy regulations like CCPA and GDPR, among others.

To work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, product development, and customer support in providing expertise guidance on CIAM best practices and SAP CDC functionalities

Continuously improve CIAM processes and solutions to enhance customer experience and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CIAM and identity management.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management
-
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
-
Experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a must
-
SAP CDC certification preferred
-
CISSP, CISA, ABAC, RBAC, CRISC, ITIL, CISM, ACCS, I&AM, or CIAM certification will be an advantage
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Strong communication, collaboration abilities and Stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
