The hourly wage for this position is between $24-$27 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position and will be eligible for overtime. We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Success team and become a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice, problem solver, organiser and relationship builder who helps our customers get the very best from working with us. Whether you're coordinating learning events, supporting new customers through onboarding, resolving queries or helping bring learning solutions to life, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work as part of a collaborative customer-focused pod, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer feels valued, supported and inspired.

What you'll be doing

You'll:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple customer touchpoints
  • Support customer onboarding journeys, setting customers up for long-term success
  • Coordinate learning events and programmes with precision and care
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries and take ownership through to completion
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal colleagues
  • Maintain accurate customer information and records within our systems
  • Identify opportunities to add value for customers and support growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and regional teams to provide a seamless experience
  • Contribute ideas that help improve processes and elevate the customer experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, client services or customer experience role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems, processes and customer data
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
  • A passion for creating positive customer experiences

You'll stand out if you have:

  • Experience supporting events, training programmes or learning solutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to spot opportunities to add value for customers
  • Experience working within a global organisation
