Customer Experience Specialist I

What We're Looking For:

• Create/maintain accurate store address lists for equipment delivery.
• Create accurate Work Orders specifying all equipment and supplies needed for each store inventory.
• Create and release inventory documentation for stores (Control IDs, Internet Passwords, Inventory Manual, Quick Start Poster).
• Release Work Orders within 10 days before the ship date
• Create/maintain store schedule of upcoming inventories in Workcloud Inventory Visibility.
• Create/maintain accurate lists of active stores, including region/district assignments.
• Engage client re: questions/requests (missing equipment, missing supplies).
• Facilitate client change requests (rescheduled inventories, add/remove equipment).
• Follow up on late/lost shipments to customer.
• Assist Customer Success Managers with creating scanner usage reports for invoicing.
• Follow up with client on missing equipment (not returned to ZRS).
• Assist Customer Success Managers with maintaining accurate equipment forecasts for current and next year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience working effectively within a professional office environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization a plus).
• Ability to work out of our Holtsville, NY office on a hybrid schedule (minimum of 3 days in-office and up to 2 days remote per week).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
• Direct exposure to, or experience working within, a retail or inventory management environment.
• Hands-on exposure to Gemini AI or other modern generative AI productivity tools.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
• A quick learner who is highly adaptable and eager to master new workflows and systems.
