As part of the Customer Experience Marketing team, you will be the driving force behind how IFF engages with customers in Poland. You’ll activate the IFF brand and solutions to deliver differentiated, value rich experiences throughout the customer journey. By crafting compelling content, insights, and strategic narratives, you’ll help shape customer engagement and fuel business growth in Polish market.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Analyze food and beverage category trends using tools such as Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen, and AI-driven insight platforms, translating findings into actionable insights
Develop compelling, customer-facing content that supports business growth and strengthens customer relationships across the Polish market
Collaborate with customers to co-create innovative food and beverage concepts tailored to local consumer preferences
Support Polish Team with deep market understanding and analysis helping build the strategy, perspective and development direction
Connect consumer trends and market dynamics with IFF’s commercial strategy to identify new business opportunities
Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact customer presentations, including trend storytelling, concept showcases, and insight-driven narratives
Manage end-to-end customer engagement experiences, including presentation materials (labels, banners, videos) and logistics for customer events
Monitor new product launches and emerging trends across the region to identify whitespace opportunities and market gaps
Partner cross-functionally with commercial, innovation, and design teams to develop and implement compelling customer value propositions
What Makes You the Right Fit
5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or FMCG environment within the food and beverage manufacturing sector
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with consumer research tools (e.g., Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen) and insight generation
Proven ability to create impactful presentations and marketing materials
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
