JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Customer Experience Data Analyst, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI.
  • Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting
  • Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
  • Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
  • Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior
  • Using customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as data analyst or IT functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT)
  • English language - minimum B2 level as a must
  • Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage
